"I worked with Theresa during a really stressful time in my life, and she made everything so much easier than I expected. I needed to get renters insurance set up, and she walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense without making me feel overwhelmed or taken advantage of.

"This place is absolutely horrible. Do not go with them. I have been with Statefarm for 24 years and not until I switched to this agency did I have the worst experience of my life. From several policy coverage errors, to getting several calls asking me where my vehicle was after an accident when it’s their tow company was the one that towed my vehicle after the accident, to finding out they had my vehicle vin number wrong and then telling me they weren’t sure if they were going to cover the accident I was in, to now billing issues and taking several months to get my home owners policy corrected. It’s impossible to trust them. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to put the customer first is not worth it. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Save yourself the time and worry and go with someone else."

"I was with Amber Dean for a year and they raised my rates by $240 a year. I asked them why and they told me that it was a state wide thing. I spoke with several other clients and their rates were not going up. I have no tickets or accidents. I called around and got a great deal through Costco. Saving $900 a year. I feel like I was dealing with Comcast. Raise your rates after a year and they hope you won't notice."
